Meet the Founder & CEO

ELECWA specializes in the development of methods and tools for monitoring and measuring the parameters of liquids, primarily focusing on water. Our approach is based on leveraging the latest advancements in microelectronics and information technologies.

Alexander Stolyarov is a professor and holds a Doctorate in Technical Sciences with a specialization in Condensed Matter Physics. For many years, he has been leading research in the development of measurement methods and sensors for various purposes and applications. Professor Stolyarov has more than 70 publications in specialized scientific and technical journals. Drawing on his extensive experience in conducting research and leading scientific teams, he tackles complex technical challenges.

The deterioration of the environment, climate change, and depletion of water resources necessitate the use of an increasing number of devices and instruments, including liquid sensing products, to address the challenges of ensuring quality and safety of life. Modern technological advancements offer a significant opportunity in this direction.

There are many effective and precise methods for researching and determining the parameters and characteristics of gases, liquids, and materials. These methods are widely used in scientific research and technological processes across various industries. However, in everyday life, only a limited number of such devices are utilized.

Our goal is to develop methodologies and technologies focused on creating solutions that can be integrated into a wide range of devices used in modern human life. Small size, lightweight, low energy consumption, and simplicity are all ideal features for small battery-powered devices. This is achieved through original approaches to technical problem-solving and the utilization of microprocessor technology and IoT (Internet of Things) technologies.

Under the guidance of Professor A. Stolyarov, a wide range of methods for determining charge characteristics of MIS (Metal-Insulator-Semiconductor) structures was developed based on the analysis of time dependencies of injection currents at various levels.
